Maintaining your new home.

An annual service charge takes care of all external building maintenance as well as looking after the gardens, cleaning and decorating the communal areas, and such tasks as window cleaning.

As the Owner of your apartment you are responsible for keeping its decoration in good order but we can recommend a handyman for any DIY work you might require. You also have the handyman’s services for 4 hours when you first move in to tackle jobs such as hanging pictures and fitting shelves.
