Entry phone system
The main doors are locked at all times. As an Owner you’ll have a key
while any visitors you wish to welcome can be let in using a clever
entry-phone system.
The visitor buzzes your room on the entry panel by the front door.
You can see who’s there by selecting a pre-set channel on your TV.
You can talk to vistitors on the intercom and buzz to open the door
without having to leave your apartment. The front door automatically
locks again behind them.
Apartment security
Our elegant apartments are as secure as they are easy to manage. All
windows are double-glazed and fitted with high quality locks. Heat and
smoke detectors are fitted as standard while each apartment’s front door
has a viewing lens so you can see who is outside.
24 hour personal careline
Our emergency monitoring service is located in all main apartment rooms
and communal areas. It’s reassuring to know that assistance is always at
hand should you ever need it. Simply pulling the cord alerts Careline
Control Centre who can then provide a speedy response.
