Our Customer Charter clearly sets out the information and service which we give to our prospective Owners at every stage of choosing, buying, moving into and living in a Pegasus apartment.

The Charter itself is endorsed by both the National Home Builders Federation and NHBC, The National House Building Council and clearly outlines our commitment to providing a first class service at every stage of the purchasing process.

We make a copy of the Charter available to all visitors to our show apartment complexes and we will be happy to supply a copy to anybody requesting one.
